Let Me Love You is a long time coming. A story that won the Pages From The Heart Writing contest in 2015 – it sat on my desk while other projects were pressing with deadlines and life threw curves to prevent me from completing it. I dedicated 2017 to its completion because I love the characters and the story. Finally, it’s here.
We often read stories about older men and younger women – a trope we’ve accepted in romance and in life. But we don’t often get that same intrigue or acceptance when the ages are reversed. I am four years older than my husband. Not a ridiculous age gap, but one that still surprises people. Apparently, somewhere it was written that men should be older than their women. For those of you that know me, I’m not one that has ever really followed the norm. 🙂 Once we get beyond a certain point, age really is just a number and love can come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and age gaps.
