Today, I have the wonderful Morgan King here at the Spicy Butterfly Garden and she is indulging us with a couple snippets from the new Evernight Publishing anthology, Her Type of Guy, in which she is a contributing author.  I will admit… these UK girls are quite the bunch.  They’re cheeky, funny and know how to put together a spicy story, so I am excited to read this collection and I’m sure you will be too!  Thanks for coming by Morgan!  🙂

Hi Jessica, thanks for inviting me over, I love the butterfly wallpaper it makes me feel a little as if I might be in a sexy boudoir 😉

But then does it matter where you are or is it more about who you’re with? Could someone turn you on enough that it doesn’t matter where you are, it’s all part of the thrill? I’d like to imagine so, and that what I did in my first short story from the Her Type of Guy Anthology. If you’re going to have a first date it ought to be perfect:

Her Type of Guy (Naughty Short Story Collection)

For every desire, there’s a man to meet it. Someone’s annoyance is another’s kink. In this naughty collection of short stories, indulge your fantasies, and follow our heroines as they find just the right type of guy or guys…

From bouncing cocks to virgins, slow coaches, true Scotsmen, and messy play partners, sex toy experts and their mischievous friends—these guys are in need of their ladies. Why is one guy too grumpy to believe, another always too early? And can there ever be a future with a hired killer?
Only one way to find out. You might just meet your ideal guy.

The below snippet is from The Tickle Arms:

“Should I stop?” Matt asked, his tone of voice giving away nothing of what he referred to.

Josie liked that he asked, but she also liked the feeling of indulging in something slightly naughty, maybe even risqué. She shook her head. His hand moved, fingers tracing swirling patterns, edging closer and closer to the apex of her thighs. They backtracked to push up the skirt she was wearing;  skin met skin. The weather had been mild, and Josie was glad of the impulse that had made her wear hold ups.  She wished she could take a peek and see the contrast of his dark skin against her paler flesh.

He touched her the entire way through the main course. Teasing her, but never going too far. Far enough to feel her panties were wet through, though.

They bantered between bites of food. Part of Josie wondered where this new daring side of her had come from. “Mine’s delicious, cooked to perfection. There’s nothing quite like that perfect piece of meat to fill you up,” she commented seductively. “How’s yours?”

“Good enough to eat,” Matt replied in a flash.

God, everything about him was sinful. Josie was afraid she might just melt and slide down under the table if she wasn’t careful. After they had both finished eating she got up to excuse herself to the bathroom, in desperate need of a cool splash of water.

Should she give him a signal to follow her? No she didn’t think she could be quite that forward.

During that moment of hesitation he reached into his pocket, pulled out a small black satin pouch and slipped it into her hand.  “Take a look. If you decide to wear it, return the bag to me.”

The Tickle Arms story is followed up with a twist in Delightful Consequences:

Leisurely, with a patience he didn’t feel, Matt eased the top over the gentle swells of Josie’s shoulders. It was loose-fitting except around the bust, and as soon as the tension was released it drifted to the floor. Matt sucked in a breath; her breasts were encased in lace so sheer he could see the detail of her nipples. “Yes, oh yes.” They were tightly furled, ready for his touch. “Do you have matching panties on?” He didn’t wait for her answer; hooking his fingers into the waistband of her skirt he guided it to the floor, and let her rest her hands on his shoulders as she stepped her feet out.

“I forgot, either you didn’t have any on to start with or you took them off for me at the restaurant. No, don’t tell me. I think they got so wet you took them off.” He leaned in to inhale her fragrance, his cheek brushing her curls in an intimate caress.

“Oh shit.” The voice from the doorway made Matt spin round, nearly falling on his arse in his haste. Josie shrieked.

I had such a fab time writing these stories for an anthology, because it was a team project from start to finish. A few of us UK writers for Evernight were chatting online one day when inspiration struck and we all went What If… of course our What Ifs are all very different! I’d love to hear from anyone that reads the collection and spots the linking theme that inspired us.

Who Is Morgan King:

When reading other Author Bios I often identify with what has been said, so yes it is all true for me too: writing and being published has been a lifelong dream (seriously it has, but I’ve been busy doing lots of other stuff especially reading), I also have a day job (helping to create positive change is really important to me so as well as getting involved in lots of community projects I work in Charity Management), I live somewhere beautiful- the East of England, steeped in inspiring countryside and history, when I’m not at work I’m often being a princess, pirate, monster or whatever takes my five year olds fancy and most importantly I would love to hear from you, especially if you’ve read something I’ve written!!!!
